InfoComm 2011 – Dais where LG Electronics USA showcases Commercial Display Solns

It’s the peak hour for LG Electronics USA as it is meeting the challenging requirement of varied digital out-of-home vertical markets with its expanded line of digital display solutions that was demonstrated at the InfoComm 2011 trade show. LG is also unveiling its new EzSign TV, an innovative out-of-the-box digital signage system that includes live TV, and its next-generation Network Monitor for flexible PC-over-IP zero client virtual computing for educational, healthcare and corporate applications.

In an objective to give the demonstration on the depth of its commercial solutions, LG will be showcasing its latest technologies considering a diverse array of product categories – for instance, LG Cinema 3D displays, LED HD Monitors, stretch screen HD Monitors, large screen LCD HD Monitors, LCD HD TVs, IPS & LED destop Monitors, video conferencing systems, interactive touch screen displays, multipurpose HD projectors, network attached storage, dynamic media players, optical disk drives and digital signage solutions.
According to Y K Cho, Senior Vice President, Commercial Displays, LG Electronics USA, “LG’s broad technology portfolio is designed to create an interactive and engaging experience that provides real business value through improved customer interactions,” He also said, “With our 3D, touch and turnkey solutions, LG has created a robust product line that is as intuitive and user-friendly as it is effective.”

A wonderful cinematic 3D experience with the vivid and super brightness and fabulous picture clarity of LED backlighting is the offering of LG CINEMA 3D LED displays. LG is going to provide this week a sneak peek of its new commercial-grade passive 3D LED HDTV, featuring the next generation of 3D display based on LG’s FPR 3D technology. Unlike other brands like Samsung and Sony that use expensive active-shutter 3D glasses, LG’s 3D solutions use comfortable and trendy polarized eyewear that has no inbuilt batteries resulting no harmful electromagnetic waves.

he high definition TV has become an imperative entertaining source in our living room. Thus, in no time, it is likely that 3D TV will become a quintessential part of our lives, with the mammoth rise in the 3D content. Thus, to add zing to your 3D entertainment experience LG has introduced 3D Blu-ray player BD 670 that has an ability to support 1080p content. This player supports all the functions of 3D and consists of a multitude of smart TV features. Whether it is about viewing images at Picasa or streaming videos on Youtube, everything is now available with LG Blu-ray player. In addition, LG offers an integral support for its applications.

LG understands that Wi-Fi has become a part of our lives and thus, connecting different wireless devices has become simple now with 3D Blu-ray Player. Moreover, all the DLNA certified devices stored media can be accessed easily. Further, it consists of a QWERTY keyboard that simplifies the user’s search for content.

As FPR (Film-type Patterned Retarder) 3D TV has started receiving a good response, it appears that the link between LG and 3D is burgeoning. The company is leaving no stone unturned for 3D to become a success in India. Also, it would be pointless to say that with the upcoming 3D devices, it will soon become a norm to have LG 3D TV at home, as SG (Shutter Glass) technology has become out dated.
